Course Requirements
Microbiology for Health Sciences (4-3-3) is an introduction to the microbial world including the basic characteristics of fungi, algae, bacteria, and viruses. Special emphasis is placed on applications to humans. This course will not count as credit toward the Associate of Science degree in Biology. Prerequisites: BIOL 2402 or BIOL 2304/2101 with minimum grade of C (or equivalent with lab).
