Teaching Experience

I have taught for 14 years at Austin Community College. In addition, as the Texas Surface-Water specialist for 8 years with the US. Geological Survey, I provided many training courses for about 100 USGS employees.  Also, I have provided several hundred talks as guest lecturer to classes at many universities and colleges in Texas and provided training for many people at local, Statewide, and national seminars and conferences.

I successfully completed 7 advanced training courses related to teaching while employeed with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).  Additionally, I successfully completed 16 advanced training courses in hydrology or water quality while employeed with the USGS.
