ATM OC3 Network

Responsibilities included:

LAN/WAN - Microsoft Windows, Novell, MacIntosh client/server operating systems

Create user accounts and groups - Set group policy

Infrastructure - Cisco layer 3 switches, firewalls, wireless access points, routers, CSU/DSU

Servers: Apache web servers (Internet and Intranet), email server, file servers, database servers, print servers, ID server, telecommunication server

Server backup/restore

Data recovery of deleted files and crashed drives

Systems network management software - remote software installation, software removal, remote instruction (control the mouse on remote workstation), inventory software (check for illegal software)

Video conference center - local and remote monitors, document cameras, smart boards, microphones

Schedule, setup, and maintain video conferences; troubleshoot video equipment

Photo ID camera/ID badge printer system - ID cards with mag stripe and bar code

Video surveillance system - cameras installed inside and outside buildings, video monitoring center, storage of backup videos

Troubleshooting local and remote network connections, VPNs, remote access, etc.
