General Statement of Job

To support Adult Education (AE) enrollment data systems through gathering, interpreting, and reporting data from and to multiple AE enrollment data sources including AE Salesforce new student application tracking and maintenance. Create and provide reports within AE enrollment data systems on a routine basis while maintaining internal datasets and adhering to reporting standards and procedures.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Conducts research, analyses, interprets data, and formats related reports for AE enrollment data.
  2. Performs technical tasks and provides technical support with emphasis on collection, interpretation, reporting, aggregation, and evaluation of AE enrollment data for AE enrollment data systems.
  3. Creates and maintains reports for a variety of business use cases utilizing appropriate  analytics tools and methods.
  4. Researches, evaluates, and makes suggestions to improve systems and processes related to the collection, reporting, and dissemination of information. Gathers, compiles, and enters data, and enters data, producing routine and specialized reports and documents.  Implements, tracks and maintains files, records, logs, and other tracking systems.
  5. Combines data reports from various sources and systems to provide meaningful data analysis. Ensures accuracy of reporting internal reporting systems.
  6. Provides quality assurance by analyzing and verifying data entered into the AE enrollment data systems for student tracking in Salesforce, advising, grant reporting and tracking, student attendance and ADA, and other AE data systems.
  7. Performs Salesforce AE new student application tracking including some student communication.
