13. Oversees the dual enrollment and AP course load of participants to

16. Oversees writing and developing program communications intended
for the Upward Bound website, newsletter, press releases, and social
media account, training and coaching of part-time staff to include tutors,
summer staff, and academic success coach.
17. Develops and maintains relationships with parents, schools, and other
service providers
18. Serves as the main point of contact for target high school key personnel
19. Provides monthly feedback and information regarding the UB program
to target personnel
20. Compiles statistical reports for dissemination to college, high schools,
parents, and community partners

34. Tracking and engagement of UB Alumni of post-secondary progress
of all graduated participants and provide support to assist in the yearly
matriculation until receiving a certificate of completion or degree within
six years of high school graduation.
35. Community Outreach
36. Assist with recruitment, selection, assessment, supervision of program
participants
37. Serve as the main point of contact for bilingual parents and participants
38. Prepares and maintains statistical records on all education-related activities
39. Uses information from the Academic Success Coach to discuss detailed
academic coaching instructions and action item plan to parents whose
students have fallen below 85 every three weeks.
40. Ability to monitor students during overnight field trips lasting 2-8 nights.
