Hours 20 hours/week as assigned; Generally Fridays: 4-10 PM, Saturdays: 8 AM-7 PM & Sundays: 12-6 PM
Salary Coordinator 1/118 ($16,331.00 - $23,330.00)
FLSA Status Non-Exempt
Reports To ACCelerator Manager
Criminal Background Check Pre-employment criminal background checks are required for all Staff and Faculty positions. Pre-employment urinalyses drug screens are also required for all top candidates considered for positions in ACC's College Police department.
General Statement of Job

To lead front-line customer service assistance to ACCelerator students and prospective students, faculty, and staff.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Exemplifies exemplary customer service to all ACCelerator users.
  2. Assists current and prospective students by providing collegewide information and providing referrals as required to other areas.
  3. Responds to questions and inquiries in person, by telephone, or via email.
  4. Assists in scheduling of ACCelerator spaces and services.
  5. Helps students in the setting up of eids, passwords, student email, LMS access.
  6. Enters and maintains data in ACCelerator systems.
  7. Liaises with other ACCelerator team members in the delivery of ACCelerator events and programs.
  8. Maintains information and supply areas.
  9. Provides clerical support for ACCelerator programs and functions.
  10. Oversees hourly ACCelerator assistants.
  11. Acts as ACCelerator Manager on Duty in the absence of ACCelerator Operations Supervisor and the ACCelerator Manager.
