Location Highland Campus
Hours 40 hours/week as assigned; Generally Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

General Statement of Job

To coordinate purchase order and budget tracking for Safety and Operations area.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Coordinates purchase order tracking for Safety and Operations area including Maintenance, Buildings & Grounds, Police, Environmental Health & Safety, Custodial Services, etc.
  2. Assists with updating budgets for Campus Operations area; reviews and verifies funding availability.
  3. Tracks purchases and follows up with internal ACC departments as needed; maintains vendor contacts and relationships.
  4. Monitors workflow of projects to ensure timely processing.
  5. Develops and maintains project spreadsheets; makes reports to Safety & Operations as needed.
  6. Works on special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Safety and Operations.
  7. Serves as liaison between Campus Operations area and Purchasing Department, adhering to ACC Purchasing guidelines.
