Operate a forklift as needed.
Move instructional equipment (tool boxes, machinery, lifts, hoists, etc.), in/out of the instructional area as needed
Move instructional training aids (vehicles, engines, lawnmowers, boats, motorcycles, etc.), in/out of the instructional area as needed
Maintains hazardous waste inventory
Orders repair parts for lab projects, including customer-supplied projects.
Organize instructional supplies.
Organize instructional areas, lab, classroom and storage areas.
Maintains, or assists, with ACC asset inventory management for the department.
Process repair work-orders per department procedures.
Utilize the ACC Touchnet system to verify payment for repairs, prior to customer pick-up of vehicle, boat, motorcycle or equipment.
Properly dispose of department waste.
Keep the lab area(s), storage areas & their associated spaces clean and in good working order on a daily basis.
Answer and return department phone calls.
Respond to department emails regarding program information and repair requests.
Pass along voicemail and email, when appropriate, to the supervisor or coworkers in the department.
