Hours Up to 19 hours: early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

To support all aspects of enrollment including recruitment, application, assessment, registration, data management, and events.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Assists with the organization, preparation, and implementation of enrollment events.
  2. Works with ACC staff, faculty and the community to disseminate accurate information about enrollment.
  3. May assist with training staff and faculty to make sure enrollment processes are implemented correctly.
  4. Administers pre- and post-assessments required for grant compliance.  Assists assessors as needed.
  5. Establishes and maintains student referral systems as needed.
  6. Works with data management coordinator to establish systems and maintain data integrity.
  7. Provides assistance to students, instructors, recruiters/advisors, supervisors, and partner agency staff with classroom/site management issues.
  8. Assists with enrollment and marketing of Workforce Solutions programs and services.
