General Statement of Job

To cook, prep, stock, clean, take orders, and handle cash at the Tin Cup Grill located at the Riverside Golf Course on the Austin Community College (ACC) Riverside Campus. This position is compensated at an hourly rate plus tips.

Description of Duties and Tasks

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Serves as a line cook for the Tin Cup Grill.
  2. Stocks food and supplies.
  3. Preps food.
  4. Cleans the kitchen and service area daily.
  5. Greets guests, takes customer food orders, and serves food.
  6. Handles payment for food purchases.
